    Not going to say soul wars like everyone else, but Probably Chins at Ape Atol ( they do train HP rite) If not Pest control is an alternative to soul wars.

    Chinning, Blitzing, Soul Wars

    Combo it up for best results. Chin or blitz AT soul wars.

    Soul Wars is good but you could also do Pest Control as an alternative especially if you want void as well.

    Blitz is a single attack /facepalm

    Fastest exp would be barraging/bursting/chinning in soulwars, but i wouldnt rush your hp... its gonna get to 99 as you train your other stats anyway, so might aswell let it train itself while you slay or do whatever it is you do to train combat.
