Where do i train my strength

Im F2P,

80 attack, 83 str, 80 def.

Where would be best to train my Strength to 90?

 

Rock crabs or maybe hellhounds.

Most people train on ice warriors and ice giants so I would suggest there

You should definately train at level 50 giant spiders in stronghold, I train there in P2P and it's decent experience.

I would feel left out if I didn't do the same as everyone else. He said he's f2p!

But I would try Flesh Crawlers or pretty much anything in the Stronghold of Security.

 

Maybe Ankou since your defence level is high. They do drop adamant arrows often and sometimes law runes. So it could be a profitable training after some time.

If you're more looking for xps I'd suggest Giant spiders (lvl 50) as Colmanpwnz said.

 

you can train at spiders in f2p too
and ice giants/warriors drop alot of runes, which would make it profitable

 

-Spiders in stronghold
-ice warriors/giants
-cockroaches (lvl 56; close bank/fishing spot)
-lesser demons (bring lob pot and rune axe/money for tinderbox at gen store)
-skeletons near the dragon slayer ending quest (lvl 45 or 50)
-Hill giants on crandor

Train at flesh crawlers, they should be easy for you. And no one say "that's terrible exp" because flesh crawlers have about half of the ice warriors' hp, and you can kill 3 flesh crawlers faster than 1 ice warrior.

 

Flesh Crawlers/Ankous/Giant Spiders.
All located in the Stronghold and are good Experience for f2p's.
But for you because of your stats I'd say Ankous because you can make money off them because they drop addy arrows and runes.

 

try cockroaches under edgeville. find a good deserted world

 

Cockroaches for money ankous fast I sujjest p2p much fasterr

 

Go for Lesser demons, Frost Giants and Moss Giants. All three give decent xp for FTP.

 

Also giant cockroaches in the Stronghold of Player Safety are good too as they drop rune scimmys, rune sq. shields, etc. and like I said before, giant spiders in the Stronghold of Security are good for experience but not for profit.

 

If you want to make a few bob while doing it, i suggest cockroaches under edgville, rune scimi/[] shields drops, few runes lots of gems.

For speed i'd say either flesh crawlers or spiders, both found in the stronghold of security.

 

Giant Cockroaches - Large HP, ability to hit quite high on them, but can eat through your supplies quite quickly, some good drops

Moss Giants - Semi-high HP, and you can get Big-bones which are a bit of side-cash when training, they Don't hit hard

Giant Spiders in Stronghold of Security - Have High HP, they Don't hit hard, auto-attack for quite a long time and the auto-attack is always easily reset, no good drops at all.

Flesh Crawlers in Stronghold of Security - They have Semi-high HP, and a good chance to hit QUITE high on them, would hardly EVER hit hard on you at your level, you can leave yourself AFK in the middle of the room for 10-20 minutes while they auto-attack you, once they stop automatically attacking- just move into the next room where the zombies are, get attacked by one of them, and the flesh crawlers will auto-attack again.

 

I would say rockcrabs, green dragons for good money, barrows training is nice, and gets drops in the chest for money, if you have good slayer, kill those, get exp and money.

Also consider Ankou in Stronghold of Security, some pretty nice Rune drops.
