Disoute between my mum and me?/?!?

Okay about two months ago I went to this lake known as milford lake and it was girlfriends birthday so she wanted to have her 'after party' there and we went there so did some others peeps.
Me and my friend posey (last name, we call everyone by our last names just because thats what our coaches do) were crewing around picking up huge rocks maybe 40+ pounds and tossing them into them water, after that we wanted to see who could do the longest handstand, I did two good ones after that my arm slid out of place, then it went back in and i tired stretching and whoops there it went again and it went back in and then a third time it fell out and it wouldn't go back in naturally then posey ran over laughing and picked me up off the ground and twisted back into place then went to the ER they gave me a sling and told me to wear it for a week, after 3 days I stopped and went back to working out and skating.

Over these two months I'd wake up in the middle of the night with my whole right arm numb and the shoulder out of place and it would snap back in place and make a loud cracking noise, well about 4 days ago me and my friend chris went to the pool and practiced are 1.5 flip to dive and I did like 5 or 6 of them and then my arm snapped back and dislocated, went to the ER they gave me a Arm Immbolizer and 20 Tylenol + Codein pills and said my Rotator Cuff must be very messed up.

So I have to see a ortho doctor in a few days.

So to fix my Rotator Cuff will I need surgery(My side) or will physical therapy fix is(mums side)..

i don't think rotator cuffs can be treated with physical therapy.. so i'm pretty sure surgery is your only option.

 

Personally, I'd go with surgery as well.
