Need your suggestion , for 1 - 70 def training

I m going to train a level 3 fresh account for a guy,
it is 1-70 def powerleveling package. but I need to keep 1 attack , and 1 strength, that takes ages.
can anyone give some good suggestions that how to do ?
If i have to train it, where is the best place for me to train in Member world !

 

Soul wars .

 

I'd train with an iron dagger at;

- Chickens
- Cows
- Man (Edgeville)

And then when you get a decent defence level you could use soul wars as KIABIN said.

 

This is how many defense pures train, get 40 def and buy full rune then go to pest control easy as pie :nuts:

I suggest making it members and doing Soul Wars, you can just heal yourself with bandages or build Barricades so you don't kicked out.

 

I did this for a bit till i got bored but just kill birds at the fally dock, then soul wars.

do you need me dop some thing for you ,i can train a account from 1 to 80 range in one week ,sure if the account have no def , it is easy to be attacked, so when you train you range , you can also train your def , that is so easy

 

Kill spiders in stronghold.

 

With one attack and strength that would be hard to do. Your best bet is as said, soul wars is your best bet.

 

I really want to know how people manage to grave-dig... Do they actually go to page, say, 20 and choose one?

 

I'd train at some very low NPC firstly to get like 20 def. Then afk at monks with full mith or 3 items if you don't want to lose anything if you die. You could get to 70 by just afking for hours and checking in every 1-2 hours to see if theres a random.

Or you can just to soul wars.

 

I think he wants to make it a defence pure, i.e. no attack, strength, range, pray, or magic.

For f2p, the best way would be to get 50 runecraft and get a runecrafting staff. You can hit 2s with that an a strength (maybe power) ammy, which is x2 exp/hour. To start, go down the dungeon in the house in Lumbridge next to the furnace and talk to the guy. Tell him you'll slay the dragon and he says no, and gives you a 500 exp lamp. Use this on def. Then do Security and Safety Strongholds, that's another 2k exp for defence. You can train on cows (with iron dagger NOT a scimitar) and you probably won't get hit much.

For p2p, the best way would be to do that and then go to soul wars.

 

Soul wars is the best bet, its easy and effective, not to mention fast.
