Will some take this $37 for a 1 month please?

I have been scammed three times and all I want is a 1 month for xbox live so I can get my 7/7 Vidmaster Achievement tomorrow.... I have my paypal account and it has a $37.34 balance from when I sold my old runescape account, but I cannot spend it without a credit card or bank account to verify it. I was told I can buy a debit card and use that but I honestly do not have the money to buy one right now. Is anyone willing to trade me a 1 month for the account? I will give you my email and password and you can do what you please with the money.
