It prolly does, all the stuff we have now adays, its insane.

 

I still say the HIV cure is within Michael Jackson. He's magical in essence.

If it did work, it would seriously change life in ways no one can imagine.

 

It would change life's on a huge scale.
Let's pray it works because I lost a friend to this disease.

I agree this is a good thing.. But you also have to take into consideration that, in Africa and other third world countries where AIDS is an actual problem, it wont really matter.

1. It will be way too expensive to deliver to the people who actually need it, and it's not like it will be distributed by the government, because all governments care about now is money.

2. Even if they COULD get everybody treated, there would still be lack of food, proper living conditions, etc..


On the bright side, however, I guess it's good for the fortunate ones who can afford it.

 

There's always gonna be other non-disease related problems, eradicating aids would be a freakin sweet thing to do.

 

Do they plan to give it to people who don't have it? or will it cure others who have it as well?

 

I'm pretty sure they're only testing it now, but even if it's successful it'll be too much money to free Africa of AIDS. And besides it's a vaccine not a cure.

 

Ugh... vaccines only prevent the cursed disease from happening. I'd like to see them develop a cure.....

It'd help the world more than a vaccine.

I mean what are the chances of getting aids? It's a good break through but just not the right one.

 

If it does work, then that would be truly amazing. It would change life so much if it does work. We can only hope though, I'm sure it will work considering the technology we have today.
