it can be possible. a level 17 finished it once, although that is kinda pointless . but anyway, its possible, just really hard. i would get 20 ranged if i were you, use super poisoned mith knives on the demon, etc..

 

Get 1 of these:
1: 20 Ranged
2: 50 Magic and 55 Slayer
3: 60 Magic
4: OR AT LEAST 41 magic, but that will be REALY hard
