How well can Jagex detect auto-clicking for High-alching and magic training like that? Could i auto-click to empty my vials while herblore training without getting in trouble?

Very well depending on how long and such. If it keeps clicking the same spot they will notice.

Go down to the JMacro section and download the bot, it has a high alcher that is pretty cool, plus you can minimize the bot so while its doing that you can go ahead and use the computer still.

Jagex cannot detect autoclicking, particularily from my autoclicker. See the link in my sig for details.

You are such a salesman Govind :)

But in actuality, if you use an auto-clicker that clicks in the same exact spot every single time, then that is pretty detectable.

To clarify, auto clickers are very detectable unless it has a random offset implemented which would keep the auto clicker from repeatedly clicking in the same exact spot.

They can only get the x and y of speed position, if it remains in it, for real long time you will get flagged, and as auto clickers havent got anti randoms, you will prob get banned.

    Use SMR one, it rocks

I'm not sure about it but I think they can detect by the time between each clicks for alchs. Example: When you set autoclick you gotta set times it takes between first click and second click (well, my old one was like that).

That's probably how they could detect; seeing that it always takes you 10 seconds per alch.

If you have random delay, and random misclick (or just different pixle clicks), then you're almost undetectable.

Its like my autotalker. Random typos, random text order, random time delay. You're safe.

They really if its done with SMR's or something similar but with like ghost mouse. If you do about 5 manual cycles to record and just repeat them like a 100 times it shouldn't be too detectable I used it for 55-80 mage.
