Get crafting , or runecrafting very good skills and unusual

 

either do magic... or firemaking lol, firemaking is the easiest one to do using a bot.

Sell the gp and get a life.

 

Get herblore, it's extremely fast if you have the money.

 

But Herblore will cost over 20m to get to 99, unless there's something I do not know about.

I will probably end up doing magic, anyone know the fastest way with 20m?

Fastest way would be to burst or barrage at ape atoll. I'm not quite sure how much it would cost. If you could get me the prices of the runes, I could probably tell you.

 

Lets see:

138 - Chaos rune
318 - Law rune
305 - Death rune
333 - Blood rune
374 - Soul rune

 

Get 99 ranged if your close to it.

Well, it appears bursting wont be in your budget o.o I calculated each cast at around 1500gp and it would take near 200k casts... Over 200m.

 

Oh haha looks like I'd have to do alching if I want 99 mage...

 

You could alch, although the prices since years ago have changed dramatically, it's hard to get 99 of anything D:

 

Don't worry, the market will fix itself, as long as Jagex don't interfere with the economy too much; the market will naturally move back to equilibrium.

 

try 99 ranged with chins , wats ur current rng lvl?

 

99 range with chins would cost well over 40m, probably around 30-60m depending on the level.

 

I'd buy some sweet gear and go get a 99 in melee/mage/ranged

 

An excellent idea, also crafting is a good option, although you are limiting yourself to skills if you only want ones you can buy.
