What happened?

Well, I haven't played runescape in a bit so I don't understand what went wrong here. A long time ago I botted using RSBot and so I decided to appeal it and obviously it wasn't successful. Afterwards, this new appeal system thing came out which allows old offenses to be deleted after a year. When this came out it gave me a second chance to appeal for this offence so I decided to try it again. Once again, it was denied. I have been on the account since the second denial. It's been about 2 weeks and I decided to go on it again. I try logging in and it says the account has been disabled. I haven't done anything wrong since the long ago botting ban. What happened? They came back to my account and decided to re-ban it for an offence I did so long ago?



It doesn't say whether I am perm ban or not? It doesn't even say that I'm banned. Once again, I don't play much so could someone explain what happened?

Wait a day or so.. it says you're in the green zone so you should be fine. Log in again now.

 

I just tried again and it still says its disabled. I have already done the time for the ban.... why did they re-ban me?

 

Well recently, Jagex has become more hostile and strict with botters and macroers. Macroing or botting now results in a permanent ban with no chance to appeal (I think). So it could be that, or possibly you're offense history got glitched, perhaps try going to customer support.

 

I just checked my messages, it says that I'm in negative credit with membership but I've only used pins? My subscription shows that I'm -2 days of membership????? What the hell is going on, lol.

 

haha, your account is definitely messed up. Call customer support, they'll sort things out for you, or at least explain whats going on.

Call customer service and act like a kid whos sad it worked for me they feel bad acttually fagex has feelings!

 

Don't do that. It's just pathetic.

It's obvious that there was a mistake when they did the ban-switchover and became more strict. Just call them and try to get it sorted out; be an adult about it.

 

To be honest, I'm too lazy to get in touch with Customer Support. I don't even play RS so it doesn't matter Just weird to see.

 

Well if it's high lvl give it to someone else and let them unban it lol.
