Buying Main Account

I am looking to buy a main account 115+ combat… The account needs to have multiple 99's (melee) and others help but not required, many of the holiday items that can not longer be gotten. Would prefer many/all quest to be done and a lot of gp 200m+ or big items like ph.

All skills need to be 50-70 so that any undone quest can be easily done.

Needs to have nice POH too.

Not all is required but the more the better.

Also screen name must be netrual *no names etc*

WILL only do the purchase with an official middle man.

Looking to spend 300ish and again with OFFICIAL middle man ONLY. Also must provide all passwords/recoveries/pins to the OMM and meet in the game…

Well mines doesn't have multiple combat 99's, but all quests done and 66.6m+ 4m in items (whip+fury). Has 94 mage, 94 str, Torso, all void sets, rune defenders, barrow gloves, etc.

Okay after talking with several people i think i am going to wait on buying an account until i have more to spend. I dont want to buy just to buy and i dont want to try and cheat anyone so ill wait till i can spend more cuz 200m and the stats are really the lowest i want to go.
