The title pretty much says it all..i'll be paying via PayPal. I'm trusted so either you go first or we'll use Barrows as a MiddleMan.

The requirement is the account either has to have a partyhat, OR 3a, OR both.

Requirements for partyhat:
1) Any lvl rs account.
2) Members/Nonmembers either is fine.
3) Any color partyhat.
4) No recovery questions.
5) Must give ALL creation details.

Requirements for 3a:
1) Any kind of 3a.
2) Must have more then 1 piece, unless it's a valuable one.
3) Rs account must be able to wear the 3a.
4) No recovery questions.

Depending on what level the account is and what color hat it is, that will be the base on my price. Highest i'm going is $130 via PayPal. I will send the payment as a gift, so I cannot recover the money.

Note: If the account only has 3a on it, you won't get much for it because 3a is considered junk now.

If anyone that does not have 3a or a partyhat, and they post on my thread, I will report you for spam.

Why not just buy RSGP? This way you don't have to worry about the account getting recovered, also most accounts with 3a/Phats are high level so they're hardly gonna sell them for $120 or however much your willing to pay.
P.S Cheapest Phat is what 90m? 1M RSGP is around $3, thats $270 alone, without the account
