Well, athletes can't compare. You can't have a baseball player like Babe Ruth dominant over a boxer like Muhammad Ali, or vise versa. I really don't think that one specific athlete is dominant over them all. They are all good in their own aspects, but you can't have athletes trained for one sport be better than athletes in another. There are no points of comparison.

I don't think thats what he meant. I think he meant something along the lines of, out of all the athletes in the world, which one is the most dominant in there sport, or area of expertise, on a scale.

Most dominant athlete of all time?

Why do you say that? Is it because he scored 100 points and averaged crazy numbers? But look at his height! He's 7'1. Back then, he was probably considered one of the tallest men in the world. It's just not right. It's like a man among children. He was taller then everybody else (on average) by at least a foot so how hard is it to get the rebound and put it back up?

Just saying, if you put him in today's game, he wouldn't play nearly as well.

On Topic: Micheal Jordan is the all-time most dominant athlete of them all. During his era, he won 6 championships, 4 MVPs, 2 Olympic Medals and more over a 14 year period! It was just a mistake to allow him to slip to the 3rd pick. The greatest athlete of all time? He was and still is, the face and icon of basketball.

Most dominant athlete of all time?

Wilt had to play the best team of all time basically by himself, The 1959-1972 Boston Celtics. It was 1 HOF vs 5. If Wilt played today, he would dominant basically all big men like Dwight Howard; who the Lakers proved he has no post moves.

MJ lived in an era of basketball where you can drive to the lane and not be stopped usually, he took advantage of it. Watch some of his best dunking videos, no one stopped him.

Most dominant athlete of all time?

If we put him in our time, he'd be like a Dwight Howard but with a better short/mid-range shot. It's just hard to make real what happened so long ago. Basketball has changed long ways since the old school legends came into play. It's slowed down, scoring has also went down. More teams became more orientated in defense and diversity from other countries had also came into place. I'd say Micheal and Kobe would be in the same league if they had the same caliber of teammates. If you put Micheal on the Lakers that made 7th seed instead of Kobe, there'd still be no difference. It's all about luck and the situation.

Wrestling is fake, and UFC is far from fake. It's one of the most difficult, demanding and painful things one can do. Before you pass it off as fake, have some proof to back it up.
