Need easy fletcher

im very new to scar and the world of programming and i want to learn as much as i can. I was hoping for an easy to use Bow cutter, simply taking the logs out of the bank and cutting them into yew longbows, really easy from what i can tell. Hope to hear from someone soon. Thanks
