    Jagex can't count...
    You're American. American spelling is different from Brit-Canadian spelling. For some examples:

    A: Capitalize
    B-C: Capitalise
    A: Offense
    B-C: Offence

    They're not failing, they're actually doing the right thing. Americanized spelling is wrong to them.
