for a pure with 99 str is it better to stay at 41 att (accident) or go with slightly higher att like 45-50 and grow around 2 or 3 cbt lvs?

Go for 60 attack, it's definitely worth the extra cb levels.

 

60 attack if your a mem for sure... max out while pking with a dds lol

 

It's better to go with 60 attack, that way you can wield dragon. I highly recommend it.

 

Actually g maulers with 99 str are deadly. A lot of people fear them =d

With ancients and 50 attack and 99 strength it's the rape.

 

50 if your poor, 60 if you can afford claws (pking wise)

 

Member: 60 attack if you like fighting other pures, 70-85 if you like fighting rune pures and even the occasional tank.

F2p: Stay 41, however if you are 99 range (or if you plan on getting it) you can get 50 attack aswell, since it won't give you any combat levels.

 

F2p - I say stay 41 unless you fight a lot of tanks, then go 70+
P2p - 50 for sure. Blitz maul.

 

Get 50-60. So you can actually KO with spec

 

For p2p there's no point staying that low, you could stay 41 and have some fun, but you need some kind of special attack to be really successful. I had fun at 50 on my pure for a while, but in my opinion 60 is where you'll start having some real fun (and probably getting the most kills).

f2p obviously if you're going to be fighting other pures you may as well stay at 41, but you'll probably find yourself fighting people in rune a lot, and 41 simply doesn't hit often enough to successfully PK in my experience.

Totally up to how you prefer to PK, but if number of PKs is all you care about, 60 is a must in my opinion (besides the blitz-maul combo, which is pretty boring after a while imo).
