Buying halo 3 50

hello everyone i am buying a lvl 50 in mlg and i am looking for it to be a global rank of at least a general i would prefer a 3-4 star i have as of right now 2 1600 msp cards i can pay with buy i am will to get at least 2 more.

I know i may be asking for a little much but i really need it i am a legit 50 on my main account but i cant change the name somehow it wont let me ass microsoft points so i am trying to get a new one so i can start the team with my friends.
