Banned for nothing.

hi,

along time ago my brother used my email addy ( he lives in same house so obv same ip ) to use this forums, his username was called "basketball" he started of nice, then he started to scam.

this is not the guy that scammed and i am very sorry for his actions.

all i ask is that i have this temp ban to be taken off as i have done nothing rong.

i am very sorry about this.

Unfortunately, we cannot differentiate between siblings, especially when they share email addresses. Thus, the, "it wasn't me, it was my brother" excuse is too easily abused. Officially, our response is that you are responsible for your IP. If your brother scammed and uses the same IP, then the ban applies to you also.
