It looks like he sold this same account prior to listing it almost two years ago - Selling 1850+ total ironman [Trusted, 53 vouches and donator]

He mentioned in a deleted post that the account was sold and re-listed it a couple months later and when he returned earlier this year, although it wasn't caught onto up until now unfortunately. Judging by him not replying since being tagged here I'm going to go ahead and ban him and his alt account @random07player as a precaution as well. If he'd like to return to the market he will be liable in refunding you and the other user he allegedly claimed to sell it to prior to that and successfully pardon.

It's unfortunate he didn't give you the information to the account as it could prevent future scams, however I'll leave some links below to help you to avoid these situations moving forward. Sorry for your loss as well.
