EtraFS scammed me

so pretty much etra fs did a deal with me of an acc and he never told me about the registered email and having no access to it and gives me a lame excuse of not knowing and is telling he will not refund me

Whole chat since he wanted to cut parts out.
Never posted the account on sythe nor did i meet him thru sythe. Only posting to protect my rep. Met him thru discord and did the entire transaction thru discord. Only use sythe for vouches.

Check my account lol only 2 posts a taken down hcim selling thread and vouche thread. This isent the place to argue nor am i here to argue.

 

Anyways talking to whoever reviews this. Is this actually bad on my end? Like am i gonna get dnt'd lol. I only use sythe for the vouche thread and to post accounts that are within TOS, i didnt post these accounts on here because they are out of TOS. I met him in a discord for these accounts btw, im not gonna say the name because idk if yall are cool with that but its shown in the pictures. He asked for the account on that websites discord, and I sold him a account from that website. The only thing i admit fault on is saying it wasent registered when it was, i assumed the provider provided unregistered accounts but i was very wrong, I offered him 5m even tho the TOS he agreed to said no refunds. This had nothing to do with sythe and dragging them into it to try to get me banned because i wasent following their TOS off of their platform is just sad lol

We're both sellers in a discord where my TOS are posted
1. I'm not liable for any bans/locks that happen after the account(s) have been sold.
2. I will not use / login to the account(s) once they have been sold.
3. All sales are final

These were the TOS at the time of sale ive updated them due to this incident though. Again i dont use sythe for anything besides the vouche thread and to post when im in TOS. This account broke TOS so i didnt use sythe for it. He asked to buy the account in a discord for compromised accounts and got a compromised account.

Idk he basically just said it was okay this morning then tried to sell me a account, was kinda sus.

 

he basically sold me the acc but i was able to log in again and still able to use but not able to access email
