    'telnet' 'ping' 'ipconfig' not recognized

    im trying to use both ping and telnet commands in cmd. but when i do they show up as invalid internal or external commands. ive setup the PATH under enviorment variable so im lost any help? even ipconfig doesnt work. ive tried everything. i know ping.exe isnt corrupt. suggestions?

    also i cannot connect to internet by no-ip for a rsps i have a feeling that these are all connected

    run cmd as administrator

    'telnet' 'ping' 'ipconfig' not recognized

    I'm admin on my computer and i always get invalid cmd. Its something to do with settings in Environmental veriables. I don't know how to fix it.
