What level is a lvl 3 with 99 Magic?

I know that magic increases your level, but does anyone know just starting from a level 3 that when used correctly like high alch and super heat, non combat spells, that when the level 3 hits 99 what level will it be. I have 20m on my level 3 and thinking about making it 99 and just trying see what level it would be. Would it still be level 3 or another level?

If you're asking what combat level an account with 10 hp and 99 mage would be. I believe that it is 50. I know for a fact that 99 prayer is 17 and 99 hp is 25

99 mage, ummm I think 50. Heaps of these low levels are getting 99 combat stats! Its so amazing, haha.
