    Infraction for NOTHING.

So, i posted a pic of someone refusing an mm.
    Not saying they scammed
    Not saying anything else
just the pic of him saying no mm and logging.
I didnt say he was a scammer, just the pic.
And i got an infraction for saying i didnt provide enough proof of him scamming.
    Yea, stfu.

I'd reverse this if it had caused you a ban, but since its just an infraction I'll leave it.

It looks to me like this should be reversed, you definitely didn't accuse him of scamming, you posted a picture of him refusing an omm - something that should cause suspicion.
Not going to reverse it yet though, going to let Darth post.

Why would this cause suspicion? I would never and have never trusted anyone with anything on this website but myself. I don't blame anyone else for feeling the same way.

A normal user, rejecting an omm because he doesn't trust them? I'm aware that omms have scammed before, but that's still something that would cause me to be suspicious. Of course, it doesn't mean the person is a scammer. Regardless, I don't see that posting the picture in question (http://img32.imageshack.us/img32/8431/ahah123.jpg) qualifies as accusing of scamming without proof.

Yeah, I'll reverse it. But if someone posts a picture implying that you plan to scam them should it not be considered accusing without proof?
