Negative rep training was supposed to be completed in 2 weeks half xp was gained no one worked on the account 9 out of 14 days I logged in on the 15th day and he said I voided his contract for logging in and seeing that he had purchased items that were not needed to complete service after service was to be completed already

i also have proofs regarding to the terms of service he avoid

due current DNT from the user @Hash rosin im happy to provide his payment from this order as a repay for the previous user scammed by him

As far as my understanding goes from reading @PKDealer ToS which you agreed to, I find these 2 rules relevant:

3. You are NOT allowed to log into the account while the service is being completed unless we have given you permission to do so. If you log into the account without permission your order will be terminated without giving you a refund.

9. We are unable to give an exact date on when order will be completed. This is due to the fact that real life factors may come into play. If these factors become excessive, we will place a new trainer on the account. If circumstances are extreme and you are very unsatisfied we may agree a fair compensation.​

According to his ToS, PKDealer is allowed to be late on an order since he's unable to give an exact date. You are not allowed to log onto the account until he gives you permission.
