Um, guys, the government does this shit all the time. Have you ever heard of false flags? At many points throughout history, the government attacks it's own people and blames it's enemy for it, which then causes its people to go to war and kill innocent people. Basically brainwashing the people through the media to go commit mass murder.

Though he influenced the actions, that's a dumb excuse to say people are only responsible if they do the act themselves not if they take part in it, no matter how you look at it, he still took part in it, do you think the dictators of countries aren't responsible for the things that they cause to take place? do you think people like bin laden and saddam are innocent? if you do you obviously are ignorant.

Because he told them to do it and he was their leader. Your basically saying for example when Bush ordered the military to go into Iraq and they the soldiers are to be held responsible because they are the ones who psychically went into Iraq?

He was their leader and he was aware they would follow out his orders so when he gave an order to kill someone he indirectly killed them. So he is an accessory to murder which is illegal in the United States where he committed the crime.

He should stay in jail for the rest of his life based on The United States Law and moral law.

You do have a very good point. At that so i can understand what you are saying. As well as didn't really think of that. So in that case yes u have a point. But he Thought of not Acted on it. Yes he inteded people to kill. But alot of people inten people to kill. Alot of people in the U.S. want the army to kill the Iraq's and such for killing our Citizens.

That is something totally way diffrent than this. This is a man who manipulated. The president is way far away from just a man than anything. So don't bring that the soldiers are held responsible. Although it is there choice to get into the army. but that is understandable. But don't be bringing some Stupid President into this when he has the legal authority to do that as well as it was for a good reason. As well as he wasn't aware he was hoping. But...be on constant watch by some specail task force at all times.

umm thats the stupidest reason i have ever heard? You could be fucked in the head for something that is good? You could be paranoid and that shows ur fucked up? The facts you didn't put in was; Manson had given all of his followers different drugs to fuck with their minds, mostly LSD and acid. The state of mind his followers were in while he had manipulated them as a pathetic state of mind in which you will agree to damn near anything. The people that committed the murders were so fucked up that they had smiles on their faces while they did it. Charles Manson was the brains behind it, whether or not he committed the acts is irrelevant, the people would not be dead if it wasn't for HIM. Pawns can only do so much, it requires a King or Queen to actually put the plan into notion.
