No, don't get it banned. Take it back and try and keep it that way, if u go recover a stolen pass and get that everything will reset and then just set new recoveries.

 

I was in a situation sort of like this before. Just get it banned.

 

Watch out, I'm not sure if that's considered counter-scamming or something. There was a big deal about this like a year ago. But I would >_>

Sharcoth, it's like this.

Someone gets scammed for 50m. The person who got scammed scams the kid who scammed him. So, basically nobody loses anything, but the kid who was originally scammed re-scammed someone, and gets banned for counter scamming.

I suggest just sending in a billing query saying you sold the account and it's now stolen, and see what they do. As for hacking it back and banning it, I don't suggest it.

 

I read a dispute int he dispute section the other day that was this exact same thing. As long as you can prove that he took the money back and that you are in control of the account of the time you get it banned you are good to go.

I never said you were counter-scamming, I was just showing that if you DO counter-scam you will get banned.

If you were to scam him back then I'd say no. In this situation, don't take my word for it, you should be able to take the account back as he took the money back.

 

Ban the account.
If he went in with the intent of scamming, you probably didn't get accurate information.

 

If you are the original owner and still have the same computer on which you made the account, you will always be able to recover it.

 

That's the problem though, the other guy has just information has Sharcoth. Hate to see you get banned Sharcoth for doing what we "underlings" think is the right thing. If they banned you for banning your own account then that calls for drastic measures.
