This is for monkey madness.... Well I finished the quest and when I talk to him am I able to chose what training I want. I am not sure but runehq says you get to chose attack and defense or strength and hp. I'm a pure I want strength and hp.. If I click that, I wont get any attack or defense experience right?

 

not sure, but pls stop using rune hq. so many people use it and it's one of the worst rs help sites out there.

It's not required to even redeem that award. If you do redeem it, you're going to have to also get the 10k XP in the 2 skills that you did not select.

 

It's best to stay away from him unless you decide to become a Rune Pure.

What the hell are you talking about? Runehq is probably one of the BEST runescape help sites.

Runehq=Really good for quest guides.

Tip.it=Really good for calculators.
I have even compared both of the quest guides and im gonna say runehq is a hell of a lot more accurate.


And ya if i can recall there is that pack thing you choose one and it gives you xp in two skills and then lower xp in the other skills you didnt pick

You can get barrow gloves at 35 defence w/ all the quests defence exp

and

 

Don't turn in the reward to later on when u mess up and decide to make him a rune pure.

 

For pures, you're not supposed to talk to him since you will gain 20k def xp even if you don't pick def.

 

You can now talk to Daero without getting defence. When you speak to him, there's two options. You can either choose the training, or you can go back to crash island. So yeah, that's why pures can get addy gloves now, and train agility, and chin, etc.
