    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :IP audit match, as seen in the report thread the admin calls him by his sythe/ingame name "17" also user has added me and once i've send him the thread he deleted me and acted dumb

    user also deleted screenshots of account's he's "selling" but avoids to post them through sythe

    There isn't really enough proof that the user is ban evading.

    However, the account seems to be hacked so I've banned it. The rightful owner can recover it here: Account Recovery & Creation.
