Imo, this person needs a TWC.

DMS, Let me get this straight, I AM NOT CALLING YOU OUT. I AM NOT CALLING YOU A SCAMMER.

I just think, with the post against him, that shows atleast some proof, and plenty suspicions, he should be given a TWC, until we can further contact the seller of the Game Card, and possibly get more proof.

I also think we should get the dates, and make DMS show how long his account is active, as if it's near the date of the transaction, it will show that he did indeed use the card.

This is not calling him a scammer, it's just.. giving other players warning, that there has been suspicious activity in a previous trade, and it needs to be looked into further.

4 Spammer reports of D M S Rawrs reporting people saying he scammed... Spam? Or concealing evidence and thoughts of him scamming? You decide.

 

This seems circumstantial at best to me. He states several times that they had conversations over MSN about the trade, pictures, and related things, but I don't see screen shots of the actual conversation. If they was provided to fill in some of the gap, and to prove that those pictures are actually the ones sent by D M S Rawrs and are just not some bull ones, then there might be a case. For now, though, there are too many lapses for me to judge it properly.

 

So when someone mentions that someone else deserves A TWC, that means that they're basically saying he is a scammer/has scammed/has attempted to scam. But yea, just because you put "I AM NOT CALLING YOU OUT. I AM NOT CALLING YOU A SCAMMER" doesn't mean you aren't calling him a "scammer" when you quoted motherfucking paragraphs and even gave a reason why he deserve's a TWC.

 

Just ban him ffs. D;

 

No, the fact of the matter is that no one here actually knows what happened except those two.

He needs a TWC until we can contact the seller, and recieve further information about what happened. I also think we should make Rawrs show more proof that the card didn't actually work.

a TWC doesnt mean the user is a scammer or has scammed, that means you can trade with them but as the name says WITH CAUTION !!!, not going first ir using MM.

IF the user with the twc is trusted enough he will agree to use MM =). to the twc its not a problem

The person that posted that thread tryed to scam me. At no time in the whole conversation did i ask him to go first, He gave me a USED game card and i told him that it wasent working and that my account was still frozen, He posts no proof of chat logs (I don't have any either). All he has is his childish accusations. How will i post proof of my IN REAL LIFE mate selling me one for cheaper?

I think if he wasn't able to scam but tried he'd get a TWC but anyways the proof isn't sufficient and I DON'T think he deserves one.
