    Seriously, hire a proffessional if you're wanting a decent site, you'll get NOWHERE good with frontpage OR dreamweaver. Dreamweaver is the better between the two, but even then it is still a WYSIWYG and what you are after is PHP scripting which can't be done in either program.

    Using Dreamweaver limits everything you can do. It's best to start with notepad, that way at least you understand what you are doing.

    You learn more by seeing what you've actually coded rather than looking at the code DW makes. Are you calling me poor? :mad:

    Its 594058349584958345834598340958903 times easier to update and use PHP with code if you write it yourself.

    Django > PHP :D

    But yes, ChamillitarY, using a WYSIWYG editor like DreamWeaver is just stupid if you want to make a professional design.

    Also, you can't really learn a lot to standard using them. It'd be best just to go to a website like W3Schools and learning to use XHTML / CSS.

    For a syntax-highlighting text editor a program like Notepad++ wouldn't hurt either.

    Everyone disagreeing with me :(? But notepad++ would be a good choice for syntax. But i dont see how its easier to edit coding in notepad when Dreamweaver has a NOTEPAD. If thats all you want to use then it has it, but it also has its other features. Lmao i am not calling you poor darth
