Detection system bluff?

It has gone a while since the new detection system was released. People had different minds if this was true. Was Jagex bluffing to scare us from using bots like RSBot? Are people done with using RSBot or have some of you tried? In that case; did you get banned easier?

 

i didn't got banned, i was botting before and after the update, i was botting while it happent, im pretty sure they're lying i mean

Im botting around 10hours+ a day and i get like 1-2 randoms only..

 

I'm going to stop botting for around a month as I have reached my goals.

I'll let you know if I get banned, as it can take up to a month for Jagex to sting you.

What bots are you using?

 

AutoHighAlch and xSafespot. Used both a lot so far and no ban.

 

He didn't asked scripts louis, he asked what bots..

Rsbot ofcourse, and if u ment script

AutoAlcher,Snapegrass picker and Dragon hide tanner, only have 3 member accs, the rest 4 are just normal Chicken killers to get 60-60-60 so i can sell

 

It's a total bluff.


^^Been botting his fishing in Draynor (Netting) for the past week. I've gotten 3 randoms the whole time (I've solved them all manually) and have yet to be banned, dispite the fact that I've made a YouTube video in which his name is clearly visible *removes video*

My point isn't that JMacro is undetectable (Because, in all realism- NOTHING in un-detectable), but rather that JaGex does not bother to detect it/doesn't care if they detect it. The point of these updates aren't REALLY to detect botters, but to scare the stupid botters and also scare new people from botting by banning some high level people who were quite obviously botting.

 

I auto fletched 15k yew longs and strung on main, mined 12k clay on skiller and mined 6k clay on my pure..No ban yet and its been over 4 days

I believe all of those are very true. I do believe that they're upgrading the system but the Rsbot developers and scripters will eventually grow smarter than them and find ways to prevent these.

 

Jagex's "Detection System-Update" Consisted of the mass banning of accounts, and the changing of Item IDs.


Ta-Da, that's quite the detection system update. People attempting to use old scripts that work with old item IDs are at high risk, but no others.

 

I followed the link to this thread and it was invalid... anyone have any more info on this? I thought it was just a theory.

I recently got 1-99 fletching botting some 15 hours straight some 10 hours. Writing scripts for scars was a pain in the tushie. Jagex doesn't really want to ban all the botters, just scare them. Scare tactics

 

Well, I think it is a bluff, I don't think the new system is all that they say, but I did get banned on a suicide account. It took them a month and a half.

 

lol this is system is not a bluff ive seen it on my rsbot, the anti randoms activate for no reason. However this isn't new it been here for quite awhile. It happened most often at the willows in draynor. The new system however which was just "implemented" is a bluff obviously. How would this "new system" catch thousands of bots at the same time but still can't catch me in my 12 hr a day botting. Lol most obvious bluff ever.

 

definitely real...I mean what good would they do in bluffing...what purpose does it serve.
