Theres no point to getting an iPhone withOUT a contract so who cares? Get a new iPhone 3GS for like $200. This is a waste of money.

I don't mean to spam, i'm just saying asking for $350 or whatever is alot, especially with the clearly visible scratches on the side of the picture. It's not perfect condition at all. I can buy a better looking refurbished iphone for cheaper.
