Who has a Gift Card?

Who has an ALL-ACCESS Visa Gift Card or any Gift Card that

is an real credit card , non refillable ? I need someone's visa gift

card with NO MONEY . I need this because can't send money or buy

anything with a paypal balance of 12$

 

its a credit card that is refillable.. its a pain in the ass (i get 3 refills every month for food and clothes)

id give you mine but i only have the one, which i use to.... well live

I dont understand why you guys are so greedy , " Will I be getting money if I let you use it " , Why would I give you money since

they're non-refillable , once the visa gift card balance is reached to 0.00$ , its unusable..
