Well you can't deny that it isn't one of the safest areas to raise a family. The site is funny because from the perspective of, for example, a foreigner who doesn't know about Compton it would look like a relatively safe, nice city.

 

im going to open up a KFC in compton. ill be rich! and than ill buy all the ghettos and demolish the projects and ill make REALLY it a good place to raise a family!

 

It didn't say it was safe to raise a family, it's a "great place to raise a family". There's a difference between the two, for example, if you're a black couple and have a strong sense of family/community then Compton would be a great place to start a family, because black people naturally get along better with other black people.

 

careful, you may get infracted for stereotyping black people like i did!
and most people would classify "a great place to raise a family" as a "safe place to raise a family."
