Very nice guide, this is extreamly helpfull as I, and I speak for many others did not know how to do so.

 

Internet goods are not usually approved by paypal anyways. The whole thing about claims is unauthorized(stolen) or claimed at the bank or credit card level. Regular disputes usually fail
