tagz' ban explaination

I have a RWT guide on the market, as some of you know.
I swapped it to some kid, for a level 108 account, which after I swapped I put it on the market.
About 5 minutes after putting it on the market "xabsent" came and posted that he would buy it. The transaction went great, we both vidded the whole thing, and he got the account, and everything. He didn't feel safe C&C-ing, since he had 14 vouches, I said don't worry about it.

About 2 hours later, xabsent came back on Msn and said something about the FBI was coming to kill me in a van or something. So I just said calm down, why did you recover the money you paid me. He said "Because you recovered the account you sold me!"
BUT, this was the account that 2 hours ago, got swapped to me for a RWT guide.
I said Oh dang man I'm very sorry, let me log onto paypal and refund it.
.....
So I refunded it and it was over.

I think he reported me before I refunded it.
Please, I had no intention to scam, give me another shot

He also says its ok, and we made up about it. He also made the account that I sold him "Member" So I refunded ALL of the money that he paid for member.

I'd like some other mods opinions on this. If the cash was refunded, I don't see why not.

I hope you (the staff) understands, that I had no clue the person would recover it, which is ALSO why I didn't want him to claim+cancel, incase something went wrong.

 

I believe he should be unbanned.

Looks right to me. Ben it disappoints me you couldn't handle a report as simple as this one without asking another mod for help. >_>
