problems with entering pin

when i try to enter the pin i always get Incorrect payment window for PIN
but i tried all payment windows and it just wont work..what's the problem???

Please check the country it's from.... Try Sweeden, Germany, Lithuania, USA, England.

If you beleive he scammed you, please post a thread in the report a scammer section! * MUST HAVE PROOF*

 

Just ask the seller what country he's from? Way easier than testing all possible countries.

 

Isn't it possible for Jagex to block certain membership payments?

Like, you might only be able to redeem paybycash or credit card memberships?
