Is there antivenom for ever snake?

One day i was searching on google for what is the most venomious snake in the world? Some said it was a black mamba. I really thought something that venomous should be very dangerous. It came in my mind about is there antivenom for every snake ? I searched and nothing came up. Now i am asking you guys about what is the most venomious snake in the world ? and is there antivenom for every snake in the world?

 

Black mamba isnt the MOST venomous snake, but it ranks 2 or 3 and yes there is antivenom for it although its hard to locate. Im pretty sure there is antivenom for every venomous snake though.

 

If you get bitten by a black mamba you die. No exceptions.

 

Well they discover new species of all kinds of animals all the time. There are probably a few undiscovered venomous snakes that there is obviously not an antidote for.

 

Ok that is getting good to know ? What I dont get is do they attack when they will scared or do they do it if they feel like it .

 

The Black mamba is the most venomous, and the worlds best basketball player. Thats just my opinion.

 

that is nice to know . I was wondering if a snake could really kill someone even if they had the aniti venom

Not necessarily true. In Africa, victims can be treated with polyvalent anti venom which covers most toxins in black mamba venom. However without anti venom you have a 100% chance of dying, the highest in any snakes mortality rates.

 

correction black mamba is not the most venomous snake but it is the most dangerous since its the worlds fastest snake at 16-19 kmph and its venom paralyzes u then kills u.

I was watching the (discovery or history?) and they had a guy on there who got bitten by a black mamba. It took him a few hours to get to the hospital, and the doctors were very confused when he INSISTED he got bitten by a black mamba and not some other snke. He was actually a park ranger and had extensive knowledge about the local snakes. Anyway, they end up not treating him at all because they just figure he got the snake wrong or there would be no point as he would surely die. Two or three days later he recovers. His liver filtered out all the toxins without any hospital aid other than fluids and medications to make his passing more pleasant.


An idiosyncrasy, I know, but it IS possible to survive. Nothing is for certain.

 

Not for all snake, theres a snake in africa that makes ur skin desinigrate. like 99.9999% of people that are bit die from it. Il try to find the name.

I don't know about the most venomous snake but the 3rd venomous snake is a yellow lipped something.. and I know for a fact there is no anti-venom for it.
