He's legit. He started my cape lastnight. Yes, he isn't the fastest in the world but he does get them done. If you want someone to cape for you in 3 hours after you let him onto the account then i suggest you use a different service.. And if some of you haven't noticed there is a line, your not the only one he's caping for.
