And click the "audio option" button on the settings.
You will remain logged in until you get attacked by something, look on minimap for incoming dots/enemies though...

is it possible to get banned while being AFk its not really macroing but is it still possible to get banned??

First one? Um, go to varrock west bank and follow the path southwest to the place where you buy kittens... keep running south of that house.

what good EP to start tricking 100?

 

For me I find anything >40 suitable.

But best bet is to get into the 90s so you can do more at a time.
