Problems loading rs

Well when i load rs i downloaded the java it told me to, im on a new laptop atm.
however my screen only get to connecting to update servers then it tries to move further but just stays there, then after a minute loads up a screen saying:
RuneScape was unable to connect to the update server. This is most likely caused by a firewall blocking the connection.

To resolve this:

* If you have firewall or security software installed, they can often block RuneScape from accessing its servers. Please ensure that RuneScape/Java can connect to its servers on port 43594.
* Note: Windows XP Service Pack 2 has built in firewall software. If, when loading RuneScape, this asks if you want to allow the connection, you need to say 'yes'.
* If that doesn't help, then an external firewall may be causing the problem. Please ask your network adminstrator/ISP to open port 43594 for TCP traffic so that RuneScape and Java can run correctly.

Try updating to Windows Service Pack 3, re-install Java and restart your computer.

 

Also, try clearing your cookies + cache + temporary internet files (use CCleaner [if you don't know what that is, goodle it]).

Also, if you're running vista, when you're opening Internet Explorer/Firefox right-click it and select 'Run as Administrator.'

If you're still having problems, try loading RuneScape in a Client rather then a webbrowser (RuneScape Loader below [of my own making ]).
