Re-appeal on ban evading

Hello I was banned quite a while ago for ban evading. I talked to Jesse and he said that I was banned becuase i was on the ip 71.52.**.179. Even though I had screenshoted for him my real IP address which I will give to the mod who sees this or adds my msn.([email protected]) I told him I was most likely hacked becuase the first appeal i sent in I wasn't sure why I was banned. I told him I had sold an account to the recently banned player at the time 11player and I had forgot to chance my password on the runescape account because it was the same password as my sythe account. So I think that he probably had tryed the password on my sythe account and got it and it may have registered his IP on the account. So all I'm really asking for is for a mod or Admin to add me on msn to talk to, thats a little more reasonable. PS: As well I couldn't figure out why my appeals weren't sending so when my friend x 2 e z x came over I had him send in an appeal from my house so it would go through for me I can get him(x 2 e z x) to back me up that he was here and I just got him to send in the appeal so Jesse banned him to =S.
