A couple of em are still here with us today, they don't really bug abuse anymore though.

 

that was really cool i never had even heard of some of those glitches. I remember the 500k pvp glitch though everyone that did it and got banned was so mad lol

Haha, you may want to edit the Fally Massacre to include. World 111, house party, expell guests and the discoverer was Durial he also raped people in it and got nearly 3Bil before jagex banned him for bug abuse permanently

 

Heres another one for you to add to the early part of 2008:

Everlasting Prayer Points

Discovered by: idfk
Released to the public: yea, and every PKer used it
Details:

When you select a group of prayers to pk with you can keep them on and ready to go while you camp in the wilderness waiting for targets. i.e. you can select smite, and all the 15% boosts and pro item and never lose prayer points. All you have to do is set them, then hurry and go to the emotes page and click on an emote that you dont have yet (many people used the skillcape or a missed holiday emote) when the screen that said "you dont have this emote yet" popped up and was left up, you wouldnt lose prayer points.

This lasted for nearly 3 months before it was fixed to just a message and not a pop up.

 

The pray bug lasted for years, wasn't major, and was caused by opening any interface not just the emotes one.

 

How about the other stuff i suggested about the masacre. Durial being the culprit, how much he Pked, world, etc.

 

I added some stuff but there were others who did it and no one is sure how much he pk'd.

 

Wowza, I missed a lot when I left runescape.

 

I have one to add.
When: About 6 months before they removed wildy.
What: Unlimited DDS Spec.
How: Not 100% certain but I heard it was by rapidly clicking the spec bar.

 

There was infinite gmaul spec but never heard of infinite dds spec...

It was only known by a few people, it wasn't leaked during its existence...

 

ah i remember the drop in price of glory ammy's never related it to a bug tho
