Buying verizon phones with bad ESNs

I'm interested in buying verizon phones that are in good working condition, other than the fact that they have a "bad ESN" and verizon won't allow them to be activated.

"Bad ESN" can be caused by reasons such as (but probably not limited to) the phone being reported lost, stolen, claimed insurance on, or there being a bill owed on the account the phone was activated on.

I'm looking for these phones for parts, because I'm working on repairing and replacing phone parts.

If you have a phone with a bad esn, either post in the thread, or send me a pm saying what kind of phone it is, what it comes with, and how much you're looking to get for it.

I'm looking for more recent or higher end verizon phones though, not phones from many years ago.
