They should be removed, they are bull shit. People just use them, to suck up to mods etc. And I have seen plenty people come to moderator position with these lists, and days later getting de-modded. It's just a list of butt-licks. But oh well.

 

pretty much anything can go in your signature as long as its not porn or oversized (maybe more that i just can't think of)
