    That sucks man, that guide doesn't even work, it was so old on sythe when people were trying to find a way to bot it.

    Actually The Helm Of Neitiznot sell almost instantly in Ge these days. Profit i dunno about that but i know it sell auto.

    people also sell guides which u go to the combat ring with like 10 friends and spec eachother... its complete bullshit since 1. u need 10 friends and 2. going armoured zombies the same xp

    But people like me prefer the ring method over the going armoured zombies method - number one, because it's funner (talking to friends etc,), number two you don't need food, number three your prayer auto recharges (although at zombies there is a pray altar there, but you need to go up) and I just think the POH is better. But that DOES work, but it just isn't a secret.
