There are a few restrictions on the account so make sure you read up.

1) Never been a member
2) Never been botted on
3) Never been temp banned or muted
4) Level 3 combat (1 of every stat)

The one stat I'm looking at is mining. I'm looking for an account with a decent mining level as close to 85 as possible and in saying that, I'd PREFER ever other stat to be 1.

I know that is unlikely, but that would be the perfect offer.

FYI - ALL ACCOUNTS CAN BE RECOVERED NO MATTER WHAT! member ship details is not the most sort after when recovering an account , its creation date then they cross it with the IP etc.. so members / no mems dosnt matter
