We discussed fees two days earlier and he sent all the payments from 14-15th of February with regular fees, then decided to reduce fees on the 16th without any notice (for the trx above) - I of course assumed he'd continue sending with regular fees

The transaction that's still pending 8 days later:

Regular fees around the time were 25 sat/b, he sent two payments before the above with 25 sat/b, which confirmed:

But for some reason decided to reduce fees on this payment, without informing me.

Tried to resolve it with him on Discord, which I thought was pretty fair given the time that I've been waiting:

but he wants to continue waiting until the transaction fails before sending a new one.

Personally, I don't think it's fair that I have to continue waiting when he was deceitful in reducing fees
