such as WoW private server accounts?(with pw change and so, abilities?)

Well even if it's allowed, I wouldn't expect to get a reliable buyer here. Most of the users here(myself included) do not know how to run a server. You'd be getting a small number of potential buyers viewing the thread.

Nobody is going to want to buy an account on a private server.

 

I have seen people buying accounts/gp for popular RS private servers...I don't know how big PS's are for WoW though...

 

So what will owners do? create high level accounts purely for profit? not a great idea!

Yes you're allowed to sell private server accounts, but unless they're mod/admin (accounts) buyers will be hard to come by.

 

I dont think you could really get in trouble

 

Most people wouldn't buy them because the seller might be the owner of the server then ban the account; or scam the person because the server might suck. Most people in general would rather buy a decent rs account then a PS account anyways.
