Well if I'm correct, you COULD go to the police about it but near nothing will be done.

It's virtual goods, so there is little to be done, unless of course if you live out of the US. I've heard of cases like stealing GP, accounts and such going to court.

I'm sorry to hear about your financial issues, but why buy an account knowing your financial situation?

Note - Don't send money in the mail, use WU, or when sending money wrap the money in a note of some-sort so it does not get taken or lost.

I would forget about the PS3 for now, as you need to pay off rent soon.

 

Yeh i live in australia my friend mathew actually won a court cause on the fact that it was still goods payed for, without receiving the item.

And im not buying the ps3 anymore, thats completely gone.

They live in australia as well. But they are talking to me on msn now, saying if i remove the thread then i can send 80.. instead of 100.. which is still 20 more than we agreed on, but every cent counts to me so i dunno!

 

No, don't take into bribes. Either have him go down to the original price or just go to court, there is no reason to give-in as every cent counts.

May I say, what a greedy person. If it was me I wouldn't even care about the extra $60. You are in a tough position and I understand, I don't see why the other can not.
